Refund policy

We strive to make each and every customer happy with their experience shopping with us, and so we ask that you take extra care of your living plants as they are subject to die if not properly cared for. The sale of our plants to you, in person, are considered proof of good health, and survivability. As such, we do not offer refunds on living plants. Items like Skincare, Cleaning Products, Essential Oils, and Candles are final sale as we cannot restock these items once they've been opened. 

Other items are accepted for returns for up to 14 days. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All of our concrete planters are handmade in small batches so small inconsistencies and differences in size, shape, design, and color different from the products shown on the website are to be expected. If you are unhappy with the product we shipped, we will work with you to come to a solution beneficial to both parties. 


Exchanges
Can be made in store. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
